Met up with justin, adri&bf with baby yesterday
hung out around town and talked about things
oh and i visited the cardiac specialist yesterday at Mount E
So my heart can't beat over 170 pm, because my neuro is
overly sensitive and then it will start sending the wrong signals
to my body, which will result in me fainting or going into
hyperventilation and spasms in which of the many cases
was the one during December when i nearly died on the
way to the hospital, shaking and gasping for air in the cab
Which brings me to my incredible NS letter, whereby after
me being hospitalized, and seeing a physc, and then putting
me from Pes D to Pes B - to me it's really a huge WTF, given
my experiences that happened repeatedly after a long exercise
more than one time, from soccer to being on the treadmill to gym
And let's say i take the whole damn route march and pass out
who's going to be responsible for my well being - the MO who
decided that I was perfect for the Pes B status despite my stack of
medical reports that strangely detected nothing with my heart?
And speaking of Detection, apparently CGH/SGH did not fully run
all forms of tests to detect my full heart condition - whereby they
casually did the bare minimums and discharged me with a psychiatric
follow up, which was basically of no use because all the guy did was
teach me how to breathe when I get nervous - Good Lord, I think
I am fully of age to know when i am nervous, and when I'm gasping
for air praying to god that I'm probably too young to die.
After seeing the heart specialist though, he concluded that due to my
over sensitive state of my body - as stated above, I'm not supposed to
let my heart rate go above 80% of my maximum for my age, cause
If i do then shit will hit the fan and perhaps i might end up in a
situation where my doctors tell the Army, " I told you so"
But then again I don't blame them fully, as they based the Pes B
on the hospitalization results, with the Specialist's letter not completed
until perhaps Saturday, whereby I will pass it to them on Monday.
However, so - I think it's really ridiculous to throw someone who
has a history of fainting since a young age, coupled Thalassemia Minor
which makes my blood have a lower haemoglobin count, therefore
carrying less oxygen through my body. Strenuous exercise makes you
breathe in at a faster rate/ hyperventilate - which increases your carbon
intake as you tend to exhale more than inhale, leaving your body with
even less oxygen than before - in my condition perhaps these factors of
Thalassemia and the Over sensitivity makes my oxygen level so low
that perhaps my brain starts to go haywire once it hits its peak.
Lets hope they give me Pes suitable for my condition once
the specialist lets gets in - Honestly this isn't about faking or what,
jeez.

Hello!
These few days has been pretty eventful!
Got a pretty cool ass thing over at the marine store
which is like a Bamboo Shark's egg/pod, in which there is
a small small shark attached to the Placenta, and it will grow slowly
out of the pod, and then still stick to the placenta till it is old
enough to feed. Bamboo Sharks grow up to a meter roughly, and
I'm just wondering how my salt water tank is gonna hold it since
it's like 1 meter in length.. oh no.
Hypebeast magazine arrived today, thought I haven't
taken a proper read through it looks quite interesting so far
Baby cooked Salmon and rice and long beans today!
Tasty stuff hehe so surprising cause I can't imagine her cooking
but it was really well done so *applause* I liked the sauce
thingy esp cause it was like butter x 100000
Stayed over at Daud's yesterday night to fifa and make wack
as hell halo maps haha like racing and a cave full of explosives
which left me pretty damn tired today I keep sleeping all over the place
literally all over okay I couldn't even stand straight for nuts
sleep and sleep and sleep and sleep
