Sooooo the past few days has been eventful
to say the least, and let me start off by saying
that ATM the movie sucks, seriously, torrent it
Watched it with baby in the movies, thankfully ( or not )
halfway through the speakers burst ( must be the za bor scream too loud )
so cathay had to cut the movie halfway ( just nice first action scene )
and then refunded us two free tickets each ( gam xia )
which is a total blessing in disguise, if the systems didn't go bonkers
I think my boredom would have eaten me up next and left me
running around biting faces on the pretense of being under Balt Salts
Side note, SoupSpoon Chicken Mushroom wraps is really nice
At least Karmaloop came the next day, and Commune + Makia
fits great, really happy with the drop - Chambers shirtings are way too thin
for my preference, cause I like my shirts oxford-ish and thick despite
the sweltering singapore weather which honestly hits 30deg at night
And baby's Jeffrey's came - it's the Coltrane in Tan/Black, idk why the picture doesn't show up here...so google is your friend Or hit her blog which probably has ever other photo I don't, > here <
Was pretty hyped about Yeezy's being released, actually took out
all the Androids to give them a clean / vacuum cause i planned
to offload them at bargain prices if i got my Yeezy's
Hit vivo before that with baby, bought her sushi while
she bought me some Gap oxfords and topshop for her
Went home and yeah if you read the passage/picture above,
God I swear......
Shit went like this ( my email to them after shitstorm died down )
Firstly, I would have to congratulate Tres Bien for attempting to sell a product that carried crazy hype, and much more in a fair way, instead of having humans queue up outside stores for days. I laud the effort of putting it up online, thank you very much.
However as you can see from my screenshots, certain problems were faced, and I write not to criticize but perhaps shed light on the problems customers faced so as to perhaps allow smoother transactions of such events in future.
Firstly, despite the timing which said 2pm CET, half an hour had passed and I still could not get a "Buy" Button, despite the rare chance of getting into the site. Next, despite being able to sneak past the traffic, the Buy button appeared, but could not work. Then, when it finally could, the cart bag lagged for ages, and the sign in/ view cart/ checkout buttons all failed spontaneously.
Despite being able to obtain both Yeezy 2 Colorways in my cart, I still could not check out as the pages could not load, and as you would have seen, firstly, the Gray/White color ways went out of size, and then it took me a whole 30?40? minutes for me to get it out of my cart and reload the pages, and by that time, the Black had already been sold out.
If the Out of stock shoes had been automatically removed from my cart, perhaps I would have been able to get hands on the Black ones, given that I had been able to put them both in my cart earlier on.
Oh and I forgot to add both were clearly in stock when i added them in, and due to the lag of sign in functions/billing address page I must have lost my shoes during that time.
What I felt that could have been improved was perhaps the communication between the store staff and us customers, whereby we waited on ends for someone to give us a concrete confirmations that the shoes were sold out, rather than leaving us refreshing the pages to no avail.
That chronicles my 2 hour odd experience with the messy Yeezy 2 sales. I'm sure many disgruntled potential customers would have sent emails in too, and I sincerely hope for a better experience next time round. No worries though, I will still be shopping from Tres Bien as you guys perhaps stock one of best collected merchandise worldwide.
Perhaps something could be done to compensate us, for we were 'that' close to getting it, but then had to be sadly turned away by the lag.
Best Regards,
I am heartbroken that I do not have Yeezy's now.
Goodnight
xx
ANYWAY THE HIROSHI TSUBOUCHIS ARE OOS TOO IN BOTH TRES BIEN / LN-CC WHAT IS THIS #RAGE
