Met up with justin, adri&bf with baby yesterday
hung out around town and talked about things
oh and i visited the cardiac specialist yesterday at Mount E
So my heart can't beat over 170 pm, because my neuro is
overly sensitive and then it will start sending the wrong signals
to my body, which will result in me fainting or going into
hyperventilation and spasms in which of the many cases
was the one during December when i nearly died on the
way to the hospital, shaking and gasping for air in the cab
Which brings me to my incredible NS letter, whereby after
me being hospitalized, and seeing a physc, and then putting
me from Pes D to Pes B - to me it's really a huge WTF, given
my experiences that happened repeatedly after a long exercise
more than one time, from soccer to being on the treadmill to gym
And let's say i take the whole damn route march and pass out
who's going to be responsible for my well being - the MO who
decided that I was perfect for the Pes B status despite my stack of
medical reports that strangely detected nothing with my heart?
And speaking of Detection, apparently CGH/SGH did not fully run
all forms of tests to detect my full heart condition - whereby they
casually did the bare minimums and discharged me with a psychiatric
follow up, which was basically of no use because all the guy did was
teach me how to breathe when I get nervous - Good Lord, I think
I am fully of age to know when i am nervous, and when I'm gasping
for air praying to god that I'm probably too young to die.
After seeing the heart specialist though, he concluded that due to my
over sensitive state of my body - as stated above, I'm not supposed to
let my heart rate go above 80% of my maximum for my age, cause
If i do then shit will hit the fan and perhaps i might end up in a
situation where my doctors tell the Army, " I told you so"
But then again I don't blame them fully, as they based the Pes B
on the hospitalization results, with the Specialist's letter not completed
until perhaps Saturday, whereby I will pass it to them on Monday.
However, so - I think it's really ridiculous to throw someone who
has a history of fainting since a young age, coupled Thalassemia Minor
which makes my blood have a lower haemoglobin count, therefore
carrying less oxygen through my body. Strenuous exercise makes you
breathe in at a faster rate/ hyperventilate - which increases your carbon
intake as you tend to exhale more than inhale, leaving your body with
even less oxygen than before - in my condition perhaps these factors of
Thalassemia and the Over sensitivity makes my oxygen level so low
that perhaps my brain starts to go haywire once it hits its peak.
Lets hope they give me Pes suitable for my condition once
the specialist lets gets in - Honestly this isn't about faking or what,
jeez.

Hello!
These few days has been pretty eventful!
Got a pretty cool ass thing over at the marine store
which is like a Bamboo Shark's egg/pod, in which there is
a small small shark attached to the Placenta, and it will grow slowly
out of the pod, and then still stick to the placenta till it is old
enough to feed. Bamboo Sharks grow up to a meter roughly, and
I'm just wondering how my salt water tank is gonna hold it since
it's like 1 meter in length.. oh no.
Hypebeast magazine arrived today, thought I haven't
taken a proper read through it looks quite interesting so far
Baby cooked Salmon and rice and long beans today!
Tasty stuff hehe so surprising cause I can't imagine her cooking
but it was really well done so *applause* I liked the sauce
thingy esp cause it was like butter x 100000
Stayed over at Daud's yesterday night to fifa and make wack
as hell halo maps haha like racing and a cave full of explosives
which left me pretty damn tired today I keep sleeping all over the place
literally all over okay I couldn't even stand straight for nuts
sleep and sleep and sleep and sleep

Hello
Day 1
Power beef noodles, saw the doctor for my thingy
still gonna refuse to take my vaccination cause I don't really
like the idea of putting something in my body in little amounts
esp when its Hepa A/B which is kinda disturbing but I guess
I'll have to take it someday which is like oh no...
The Warhol Board arrived! pretty stoked cause the Art Science Museum
was selling it like 600 bucks fucking ridiculous and I got it
way way way cheaper. Some part of me thinks they're probably
doing some serious hating right now.. honestly Museum geezus
Day 2
Met the cousin and got my blank board fixed up
Independent Trucks / Skate Junk bearings / Spitfire Wheels
was actually going for the *no decals* look, but then every other
wheel out there has decals on them, so kinda got the Spitfire ones
at least they'll run off with wear and tear, then the sides will be white!
Baby got a Penny Board so we can skate together, and the bro
got a new fighting fish which is terribly tiny compared to mine cause
I think i've been overfeeding mine like 10000x the recommended intake.
*oh and we bought Brine Shrimps and grass for them to enjoy life
today and they gobbled up the shrimps like christmas came early
and started going bonkers with the plant bed in the tank i think
it's like King Koil to them or something idk *
Day 3
Spent the day with baby, then celebrated Yong Ming's birthday
With nelson and co and co and co and co at Food For Thought
The ping pong table thing outside that/the mini SAM is really funny
and actually quit unfair cause the person outside has less space
to bounce the ball on / or is it the guy on the inside that
is at a loss haha idk anything about ping pong but anyway
all I thought playing that was Knights of the Round Table.
he and his girlfriend are crazy funny, cause he will go all dovey on her
and I'm sitting right opposite them with baby and then it's
so hard to try to copy every of his move so that I won't end up
looking less sweet or less caring like blowing food before letting
her have a bite or like saying thank you baby hahahaha
Chilled out at Porcelain Hotel afters, and it's really small but
cosy I guess, pretty nice way of making use with the space they had
So I couldn't complain I guess. Went to Frog Leg porridge for supper
and we had a blast whacking all those Frog Legs and mixing the
sauce with my Pei Dan Zhok ahhhhhh killer killer.
Day 4
Came back home feeling terribly hungry ( Like how I am now too )
and then making myself a fry of Eggs Cheese Ham chunks and Burger Patty
Did more freelance work and then headed to fish shop, then made myself
some little graphics to fit them into my frames cause I wanna add some
color to my yellowish room which i will paint it white next week
Goodbye

So yes today Baby came over before we went
to the Harry Potter + Andy Warhol exhibition
and look at the Guppies so cute! and they are stupidly
innocent, to the point that when I put the Fighting Fish's
tank beside theirs they innocently swam over and got a good
long hard staredown by the fighting fish who is probably going
to live a life of solitude and die alone because of its refusal
to make some friends at least in his life...honestly smh
was playing Midnight Club and while the city is remodeled roughly
after LA, totally didn't expect to see the adverts hahahaha
American Apparel ass on a racing game! (Y)
Anyway Harry Potter was really cool, props and stuff were so detailed
except that I never though Hagrid was !that! big... like wtf
and the gummies really taste like what they write it to be
I tried the booger one and it really tasted like Pi Sai ok
not like I eat my boogers all day or what but believe me
it fucking does, and so does marshmallow and sausage
and vomit...which the girlfriend ate HAHAHA
Andy Warhol was stunning to say the least, and I don't understand
how some people, esp art students, can pass it off as boring
which doesn't make any sense to me how even a non art
appreciative person will even find it boring, with his immaculate
line work with ink and even constructing the balance of the composition
even the thought of the effort behind his mega sized multi layered
screen printing scares the fuck out of me, and how he is able to
see ordinary things that can be turned into an art form is in
itself extraordinary - people who found Warhol boring...idk.
Went to Simpang for supper/dinner, ate hot plate tofu fuck yeah
and bought this Angry Bird Gachapon that didn't look Angry at all
like Sad bird wtf is going on with these people who make them
